There are a number of regulations governing Trade Stand Sites:
Applicants must adhere to the size of site ordered,
Sites cannot be sub let,
Electricity is not available,
All in the event of any dispute, the society reserves the right not to offer a site in the future,
Rubbish must be cleared by the site holder prior to leaving the Showground,
All the enclosed documents must be completed and returned to the Field Secretary within the next three weeks. Should we receive no reply by this closing date your site may be allocated to another applicant.
Payments are non-returnable
Applications will not be accepted without the appropriate documentation.

**Conditions of Early Bird 10% Discount. 1. All forms must be completed, signed and returned before 27th April 2012. 2.All payments by be received in full by Friday 27th April.
